Career week

This week we have been learning about careers for career week. I found learning about how many cool jobs people have and how unique each job is. Five of the most important things I have learnt about careers are you need a lot of skills and you have to enjoy your job or else you won't want to do your job anymore even if you have a good pay. I found researching about different types of jobs difficult because not many intrigued me. In the future I would like to become a Lawyer because I found it really interesting wanting to be able to help people to not go to jail if they didn't do anything wrong. The goals I have set for myself is to pass English, Math and Science in College.

This is my plenary for this week, I havent been able to finish this because I havent been at school for the first 2 days.

Map of New Zealand

This is a map of 5 points in New Zealand I suggest visiting. They all have a description on why/ what they are famous for. I used thwe program my Maps to mark it out. It is really easy to use and it is not difficult at all, I suggest you use it because it can show you how long you will take to get from where you are to your destination. Enjoy!

Moari Fitness Game

My two friends and I created a maori game for our junior students. It contains 4 maori words which are translated into english. You can play this gamewith 3 or more people, Enjoy!

Hour of Coding

Today we played a coding games from Hour of Coding. This is me coding to make these chickens move. I have also created my own basketball game on this site, Its really fun and it can teach you how to code.I hope to create more better games in the future.

Cross Country 2K17

Yesterday was cross country, I thought it would be boring but it wasnt it was actually pretty fun. Since it was the year 8's last year most people had mud fights. We went to the UK farm, We got a train ride there and back. As soon as we got back to school we had a water fight. 

Meteors and meteorites.

Kia Ora this is a picture of my groups Solar system poster. We were given the subject Meteors and Meteorites. It was fun to make, I was the drawer and everyone else found the facts. ( I got the easy job).

Adventure to the falling stars.

Kia Ora my partner and I created a pick a path story about matariki.We created it to show a junior class in our school. It was really easy and fun to make. This story is really creative and I came up with this by myself. This is a narrative story which there are to ways to you can go. Hope you enjoy it :)

Today i created a picture of the book i am currently reading My book is about a girl who meets a dolphin and that is all i am going to say so i don't give to much away if you decide to read it.

Today my friend and I each created a bitmoji person and together we created a comic strip. It is about Halloween and us going to a haunted house.
